The book has been reworked to make it similar in style, size and content to our other Northern Shaolin Style books. The pictures are larger and more clear and there is additional calligraphy from several well-known traditional martial artists, calligraphy being an art unto itself. There is also commentary and additional information on weapons like the staff, the triple stick, and the bench. This book was originally conceived as an appreciation to and for Grandmaster Wong Jack Man.
